Mr. Bogaert has 25 years of experience in executive roles where he has worked with companies from a VC backed start-up to medium sized and multi-national companies. He has worked with Dr. Igor Ansoff, a distinguished strategic thinker and author often referred to as the ‘father of strategic management’. He has successfully applied his strategic management skills to help position his client companies for further growth, increased value and subsequent exits. Mr. Bogaert has an extensive international network to help his clients establish relationships with domestic and international companies.

Dr. Wolff is a thought-leader who, with his colleague Vanessa Druskat, pioneered Group Emotional Intelligence theory. Dr. Wolff has conducted a number of studies demonstrating a strong relationship between Group Emotional Intelligence and effective teams. His work has appeared in peer reviewed journals, book chapters, and business journals including a best selling article in Harvard Business Review. The principle that guides Dr. Wolff’s work is that individuals are responsible for interacting in a way that creates a reality in which they flourish. This involves being aware of the mindset that guides their behavior, understanding the effect of their behavior, and using that awareness to continuously improve their interactions, their teams, and their organizations.
